Bloo Belle | they/them Our protagonist! Bloo is a shy kid in the town of Sillyville. They'd much rather doodle or read in the back of the class than pay attention or get involved in the antics of other students.

Elo Belle | she/they Bloo's sister. Elo shares most of her classes with Bloo, and is generally the troublemaker. She's loud, excitable, and most of all ready to test the rules.

Mr. Ourple Bloo and Elo's eccentric, coffee-fueled homeroom teacher. He seems to know a lot more than he'll let on.
